You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. Memberships
The Cronies offers a membership subscription service which provides access to member benefits, offers and other features.
Membership subscriptions are charged monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring payments to be taken using your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund of any current subscription period.
Membership benefits remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change membership fees in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Business Listings
Businesses may create listings on The Cronies.
Some listing options may be free while others may require payment.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate, lawful and up to date.
Businesses offering member discounts agree to honour those discounts as advertised.
Failure to honour advertised discounts, repeated complaints, misleading information or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal of a listing.
Paid listing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by us.
We do not guarantee enquiries, leads, sales, bookings or customer visits resulting from a listing.
6. Event Listings
Events may be submitted by businesses, community groups, charities, organisations and other approved users.
The organiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of event information including dates, times, locations, pricing, availability and descriptions.
By submitting an event, you confirm that you have the authority to publish the information provided.
We may edit submissions for formatting, clarity, categorisation or consistency.
We reserve the right to reject, remove or amend event listings at our discretion.
7. Events Hosted by The Cronies
Some events may be organised directly by The Cronies.
Events organised directly by us will normally be identified as being “Hosted by The Cronies” or similar wording.
For events hosted by The Cronies, we reserve the right to amend dates, venues, speakers, activities or other arrangements where reasonably necessary.
We may cancel events where circumstances require.
Where a paid event organised by The Cronies is cancelled by us, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will normally be offered.
8. Third-Party Events and Businesses
Unless specifically stated otherwise, The Cronies acts solely as a platform promoting businesses, organisations and events.
We are not responsible for the organisation, operation, safety, quality, legality, availability or suitability of third-party businesses, services, venues, products or events.
